Do people need to have a musical background?

No. We've had kids, adults, and people of different cultures without any musical background participate and become amazing listeners without ever touching a musical instrument.

What's the minimum group size to benefit from the ALP?

Accepted Answer

The smallest group is 2. However, we found that a small outfit of about 10 people will get a lot more out of the team experience and an arena with a few hundred people will have a mind-blowing experience.

How soon can I see results?

Immediately. Because people are "feeling creatures" anything that interacts with their senses produces results right away. And because we explain what's happening and how to use what they are feeling, the sensations get tied to a rationale and become a lasting feature in the behavior of the participants.

In short, yes. Employees who complete our EP Leadership and EP Retreat, receive a Game Master Certification and a tool box that they can apply personally and at work. Contact us for more details.
